Terms of Service

TableNBox, Inc. ("TableNBox," "we," "us," or "our") provides workforce, restaurant operations, payroll preparation, employee document, hiring, team communication, and delivery middleware services. These Terms of Service describe the rules for using those services.

1. Acceptance Of Terms

  • These Terms of Service govern access to and use of TableNBox services, including scheduling, time tracking, payroll preparation, hiring, employee documents, team communication, delivery middleware, and related websites or mobile applications.
  • By creating an account, accessing an employer workspace, using the mobile app, or otherwise using TableNBox, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
  • If you use TableNBox through your employer or organization, your access may also be governed by that employer's policies and instructions.

2. Accounts And Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
  • Employers and organization administrators are responsible for inviting authorized users, assigning appropriate roles, maintaining accurate organization information, and removing access when users should no longer have it.
  • Employees and invited users should use only their own account and should promptly report suspected unauthorized access to their employer or to TableNBox support.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of information entered into TableNBox, including employee data, schedules, time records, payroll inputs, tax information, onboarding documents, job postings, and integration settings.
  • Customers are responsible for configuring TableNBox in a manner consistent with their employment, payroll, wage and hour, privacy, tax, restaurant operations, and other legal obligations.
  • TableNBox provides software tools and related services, but customers remain responsible for business decisions, employment decisions, payroll approvals, tax filings, and compliance obligations unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You may not use TableNBox to violate law, infringe rights, compromise security, interfere with service operation, upload malicious code, scrape or reverse engineer the service, or access data outside your authorized organization or role.
  • You may not submit false, misleading, discriminatory, harassing, unlawful, or unauthorized content through TableNBox, including job postings, messages, documents, or support requests.
  • TableNBox may suspend or restrict access where needed to protect users, customers, systems, legal compliance, or service integrity.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, And Integrations

  • Paid services, subscription features, billing terms, or integration-specific charges may be governed by an order form, subscription checkout, customer agreement, or other written terms accepted by the customer.
  • Third-party integrations, including authentication, payroll, bank linking, billing, delivery platforms, point-of-sale systems, email, notifications, monitoring, hosting, and storage providers, may have their own terms and availability constraints.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining valid third-party accounts, credentials, permissions, and configuration where integrations are enabled.

6. Data, Privacy, And Retention

  • TableNBox handles personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable customer agreement or data processing terms.
  • Employment, payroll, tax, timekeeping, audit, and compliance records may be retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain business records, and comply with employer or customer instructions.
  • Account deletion may remove or disable app sign-in access while certain records are retained where required by law, customer instructions, backup retention, audit needs, or legitimate business purposes.

7. Service Changes And Availability

  • TableNBox may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We work to maintain reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
  • Some features may depend on network access, device permissions, third-party providers, customer configuration, or supported devices and operating systems.
  • Support requests may be submitted to support@tablenbox.com.

8. Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

  • TableNBox is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
  • TableNBox does not provide legal, tax, accounting, payroll compliance, employment, or financial advice. Customers should consult qualified advisors for those matters.
  • To the extent permitted by law, TableNBox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

9. Changes To These Terms

  • TableNBox may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above indicates when the current version became effective.
  • Continued use of TableNBox after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
